Three months come and gone...no excuses!

August:

Once upon a time, there was this young prince who lived to play basketball, football, soccer, baseball...you name it. He was driven by the "need" to win. He put his heart and soul into every hit, kick, shot, etc. 

 One particular game, he was determined to score a goal. However, try as he may he could not get the ball between the posts! (Looked good trying, though!)

He quickly learned that he didn't have to be the only one to score a goal, but instead, if he could center it just right... his teammate could have the honors. With precision he executed this plan and shared in the glory of a team score. He was ecstatic, so much so, that he performed the sacred "fist-pump" in a royal expression of jubilation!

Goal or no goal, he had learned to work as a team! And he lived happily, ever after....at least until the next game.
