.....................Well, that should take care of us for about FOUR years! Okay, Brenda?

Tis the season! Jordan put up our Christmas lights tonight all by himself. I certainly appreciate his willingness to do the things I don't want to. Thanks Jordan!

INSIDE!

Well, here it is, the inside of Jordan's fort. I call it Jordan's fort because he has probably spent more time in this fort than anyone else. He has spent many summer nights asleep on the floor or couch (Yes, couch!).

Jordo's "Bachelor" Pad

This is the second batch, in a series of three, of pictures of the fort Jordan and his buddies built this summer. Many long hours were spent dumpster diving, hammering, sweating, and sawing to produce this "pad." Notice the 2005 & 2007 BYU Football players, John Beck, Kelly Poppinga, and Bryan Kehl that adorn the side and the "Y" fans only sign on the door. These boys are quite pleased with themselves and plan to add a "basement" floor next summer.

Yet another post (Gotta use these pictures somewhere!)

Julie and Steve gave us their old entertainment center. This summer, in all my free time, I refinished it. This is the final product!

HIGHLIGHTS OF 2008!!!

Kaylie was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on January 5th, 2008 by her grandfather. Her cousin Hannah was baptized at the same time. The baptisms were followed by a traditional trip to the ice cream store!

Meghan and I went to the General Young Women's Conference up at the Conference Center with other young women from our ward.

Jordan turned 12 on June 6th, 2008 and received the Aaronic Priesthood from his grandfather. He passed the sacrament at the Woolf's and Neeley's ward for the first time with his cousin Brady showing him the ropes. (He spent 3 weeks at the Neeley's home this summer and loved every minute of it!)

Jacob started Kindergarten in August. He was so excited! I can't believe that my "baby" has started school.

Meghan participated in the Junior High play "Fiddler on the Roof" and made the 9th grade basketball team! I have loved watching her games, they bring back many good memories of my own.
