I start my student teaching at Park Elementary School in January 2009. I am SOOOO done with going to class each day. Finals are over and I feel oh, so good!
Aunt Brenda gave Kaylie a gingerbread house for her birthday. Kaylie immediately constructed this house and with the help of her brothers-it all disappeared the following day! I can't believe how big these girls have grown! Only yesturday, they were playing naked in the sandpile out back!
Jacob discovered the world of soccer this fall. He was more excited for soccer to start than for Kindergarten to begin. He was all about how many goals he could score each game. The season ended without a trophy-much to his dismay. He informed me that he would play basketball if they had "Cub" Basketball.
I have FINALLY finished this darn play. If you notice I had to wear A LOT of MAKEUP, I looked like a scary Halloween Barbie Doll. It was really neat to look out into the audience and see my aunts, cousins, friends, and family there supporting me. :)
I am attending Springville Junior High as a 7th grader this year. I have been busy playing tackle football and watching the BYU Cougars dominate the Mountain West Conference. Rah, rah, rah, rah, rah!

Jordan's tackle football team went to the Superbowl, only to be defeated by their rival, Rotary Mustangs. His neighbor and best friend, Skyler, played for Rotary - fortunately, they are still friends!
I have recently entered 9th grade at Springville Junior High. I just finished participating in the school's musical Fiddler on the Roof. It was a lot of hard work. I am now working on making the Basketball team. I hope that all the hard work at basketball camp with Lindsey will pay off, especially my singing, eating, and dance moves.
I never thought I'd have the courage to have our 10 year old tree cut down! It reeked too much havoc on the front lawn and after two years of debating, I went ahead and did it. Though the kids were not pleased-they spent all evening building forts in the aftermath!
