Panuaya-April 27

Hola Mamá
How are you? I have been super great!! I love you so much!! Its amazing to hear that the kids are doing alright!! It's always good to hear that!!

The last week President wrote us in his weekly letter, and told us that every day we have less and less time to serve with all our "heart, might, mind and strength." He also sent us the talk from General Conference called "Keep on Trying", It's super good!! I learned a lot from that! I have been forcing my self so much every day to try and be a little bit better every day.

P.S. The area that I am in isn't really more rich than the other, that house that we were at is the richest house in the entire city of Tezontepec de Aldama (the name of the city).

These past few weeks have been hard to write a lot, today we had a zone activity and we ended up with not having a lot of time again. Next week will be a little bit less busy (I hope) and I promise I will write more!!

This week we had a baptism!! A convert named Jacqueline, she received the answer to her prayer when Elder Gamez and his old companion brought her to the chapel and had her pray alone in the sacrament room!! God really does answer prayers!! I love this work so much!! I wouldn't be anywhere else in the whole world right now!!

Love you so much mom!! Have an incredible week!!

Love you,
Elder Paynter

We had a district activity today and we played soccer and ate a lot offood in a super big and nice house!!

A Book of Mormon from 30 years ago (with pictures...)

I remember finding a Book of Mormon on my mission from the 1950's or 60's and thinking, "Wow, this is OLD!" As I look back now, I realize that was not that old. I am sure Jordan is thinking the same thing. Wow, thirty whole years ago...

 Panuaya-April 13

Dear Mom,
Mom I love you so much.  How are you? How are the kids doing? Disneyworld right?
I´m in Panuaya now, with Elder Gámez from Monterrey, Mex. It's a little bit different here, a lot more fields and farmers and a lot more members. We are a district of 6 missionaries, 4 elders and 2 sisters. but every companionship has a ward. So, ya there are a lot more members. The chapel is really small and it has three wards and no steeple... haha, Its all good here, Thank you mom for everything, for always having patience and giving me guidance exactly when I need it!1 I love you so much and keep you in my prayers everyday!!

 Love you
Elder Paynter

My view in our new house and my new district.

Oh, and our house, we live on top of other peoples houses and it's pretty cool!

waking up early every morning,

SPRING BREAK 2015!
What a quiet week! I know the idea of a week and a half vacation at home without your kids sometimes sounds enticing, believe me, it's not all that it's cracked up to be. I have missed them terribly. I have kept myself busy with little projects, but there is something about kids joking with each other, fighting with each other, chatting about their day, complaining about chores or scripture study that fills my heart with an immense love for them (when they are gone, anyways...). Being a mom is tough, but I'd take it over an empty house any day of the week. I have missed these kiddos!

Oh, wait! Kyle did get in a picture. There is his arm...
Life is GOOD!
Kyle has conveniently dodged any pictures (that have been posted anyways!)...
And my heart is full of "missing" for this boy, too....
Love you, Jord...

A much needed Sunday post...from the mission blog.
It seems to be feast or famine on the mission blog. Haven't seen Jordan on the mission blog for several weeks and then an Easter tender mercy. He looks good!

Not a great photo, but him nonetheless...

Staring contest?!?

Love this boy!
